The Awakened Heart Programme is built around one idea: that peace isn’t something you find once a week. It’s something you learn to carry with you.
Across four Sunday mornings, you’ll explore meditation not as a practice you do, but as a way of moving through the world. You’ll learn to use your daily life — your relationships, your challenges, your emotions — as your greatest teacher.

The Awakened Heart Programme runs across four consecutive Sunday mornings in September, online via Zoom. Sessions run from 10am to 1pm. Places are limited to twelve participants to keep the experience intimate and allow Orla to work closely with everyone in the group.
With over 600 hours of certified training across Yin, Vinyasa, breathwork and meditation, and a decade of teaching in Dublin, Orla brings rare depth and warmth to every programme. The Awakened Heart Programme draws on years of study in yoga philosophy, contemplative meditation and the teachings of Eckhart Tolle — held in a small group setting where real inquiry can happen.
Places are capped at 12 to keep the group intimate. Once full, the next cohort won't open until early 2027.
